CARBON FIBER REINFORCED NYLON

This material is ideal for applications that require a structural component with high modulus, improved chemical and thermal resistance, superior dimensional stability and excellent surface quality.

  • Low Gloss Matte Black

  • Component embedment

  • 100, 125, 200µm Layer Heights

  • Max Build Size: 320 x 132 x 154mm

GLASS FILLED REINFORCED NYLON

Glass filled parts have very little flex, and they retain their dimensional accuracy better than nylon alone. Excellent for creating parts that need to stand up to a beating or need to absorb large amounts of kinetic energy. Under repeated shock, glass-fiber reinforced nylon prints maintain their shape and structural integrity.

  • Low Gloss

  • Available in Matte Black, White, Silver, Safety Orange, Red, Olive Green, Blue, and Desert Tan

  • 100, 125, 200µm Layer Heights

  • Max Build Size: 320 x 132 x 154mm

NYLON (PA6)

Toughest among all engineering plastics. Build fixtures, guides, jigs, guards and other manufacturing aids that require good mechanical and tensile strength. Excellent resistance to heat, oils, solvents and chemicals.

  • Cost Effective

  • Available in Black, Natural, Red, Green, and Blue

  • 100, 125, 200µm Layer Heights

LOW GLOSS PETG

Standard PETG but with a low gloss that helps hide the layer lines to offer a more technical look. Features superior chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, low shrink, and low warpage when compared to ABS. Perfect for applications that require the performance of PETG but with a more sophisticated fit and finish.

  • Low Gloss

  • Available in Military Tactical Colors Matte Black, Arctic White Light Sand, Flat Dark Earth, Battleship Grey, Graphite, and Blaze Orange

  • Large Build Size: 254 x 254 x 305mm

PETG

The modern alternative to ABS. PETG outperforms ABS in nearly every aspect but is much less prone to shrink and warping in additive processes. PETG is our most cost effective material and is recommended for many appreciations due to its good mechanical strength and aesthetic characteristics. It is often used for applications which need to contain food and water.

  • FDA approved, food safe

  • Available in Black, Gray, Natural, White and Vibrant Translucents: Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow

  • 100, 125, 200, 250, 330µm Layer Heights

  • Large Build Size: 254 x 254 x 305mm

POLYCARBONATE ASA

ASA is a highly UV-resistant weatherable polymer. PC/ASA's UV-stability makes it an ideal material for outdoor applications that will experience intense exposure to the sun and weather. Commonly used in the Auto, Marine, and RV industries for exterior applications such as mirror housings, cowl covers, radiator grills, and sensor housings.

  • Available in White and Grey

  • 250, 330µm Layer Heights

  • Large Build Size: 254 x 254 x 305mm

POLYCARBONATE ABS

PC/ABS alloys the mechanical properties & high-heat resistance of PC with the printability of ABS and allows for the printing of functional prototypes and production parts with very fine detail and excellent surface quality.

  • Available in Black and White

  • 250, 330µm Layer Heights

  • Large Build Size: 254 x 254 x 305mm

ABS

Economy grade material that is strong and ductile. Commonly used for prototyping in areas where heat tolerance and wear resistance is needed.

  • Available in Black, White, Natural, Arctic Blue, Ultra Blue, Alpine Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Burgundy, Light Grey, Dark Grey and Metallic's: Copper, Silver and Gold

  • 250, 330µm Layer Heights

  • Large Build Size: 254 x 254 x 305mm
